Randal T. Maffett
President and CEO

Randy Maffett is the founder and President of Sendero Capital Partners and Sendero Asset Management. He is responsible for managing Sendero’s investment activities as well as the overall operational and financial performance of Sendero’s companies. Mr. Maffett works directly with the management of each company on a proactive basis in developing and achieving their overall strategies and objectives.

Prior to founding Sendero, Mr. Maffett spent 25 years in the upstream, mid-stream and downstream sectors of the energy industry with Fortune 500 firms including United Gas, Texaco, Mobil Oil, GE and Enron. He was also a partner in a private equity firm developing and managing independent power plants.

Mr. Maffett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and his direct industry experience includes corporate/project development, M&A, engineering, field operations, sales and marketing, risk management, project and corporate finance.
