Meet the Management Team
Michael Lewis is a Registered Professional Engineer with more than 25 years experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Sendero in 2006, Mr. Lewis was employed in a variety of positions including engineering, operations, gas acquisition and sales, as well as business development at the former United Gas Pipe Line Co. Upon leaving United, he served as vice president of Gulf Eastern Gas Pipeline until 1987 and left Gulf Eastern to become one of the original founders, owners and President of the Gulf States group of companies. Upon departing Gulf States in 1993, he worked for the next eight years doing primarily engineering and operational consulting on an independent basis before joining Fluor Corp., a large EPC firm, in 2001 where his responsibilities included various roles on projects in the pipeline and upstream sector as well as asset and technology developments. Mr. Lewis has extensive experience in pipeline and facilities engineering and construction; pipeline, gathering, processing and distribution operations; regulatory and ratemaking issues as well as business development functions as they relate to the pipeline and upstream industry. Mr. Lewis has a B.S. in Civil Engineering (cum laude) from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. |
