Robert G. Stephens

Robert Stephens is a senior partner with the law firm McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP (www.mwe.com) and acts as general counsel to Sendero. Mr. Stephens has extensive experience representing energy companies including structured financings, long-term contracts, energy commodities, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Robert has been named one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in Energy Law by Chambers USA. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in Texas and New York. Robert received a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1985 and an MBA in Finance, also from the University of Wisconsin, in 1987. He received his Juris Doctorate degree (with honors) from the University of Texas in 1990.
